RE@Agile

The focus of the RE@Agile Advanced Level module is on the methods and techniques from Requirements Engineering in agile development processes.

The training covers the application of concepts, techniques, and essential process elements of agile approaches in Requirements Engineering (such as 'Just-in-Time' requirements, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, MVP, MMP). With the help of the training, you will be equipped to work in agile environments and to apply proven Requirements Engineering methods and techniques in agile product development.

You will gain knowledge about:

• how vision and goals, stakeholders, and system scope are related,
• how to formulate vision and goals in a SMART manner,
• how user stories are linked with acceptance criteria and what INVEST and the 3Cs entail,
• how backlog items are prioritized and estimated,
• how story maps are used to structure requirements,
• how agile approaches and Requirements Engineering techniques can be combined.
