RE@Agile

The focus of the module RE@Agile Advanced Level is on the methods and techniques from Requirements Engineering in agile development processes.

The application of concepts, techniques, and essential process elements of agile approaches in Requirements Engineering (such as "Just-in-Time" requirements, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, MVP, MMP) will be conveyed. With the help of the training, you will be enabled to work in agile environments and apply proven Requirements Engineering methods and techniques in agile product development.

You will gain knowledge about:

• how vision and goals, stakeholders, and system scope are related,
• how vision and goals are formulated SMART,
• how user stories are linked with acceptance criteria and what INVEST and the 3Cs include,
• how backlog items are prioritized and estimated,
• how story maps are used to structure requirements,
• how agile approaches and Requirements Engineering techniques can be combined.

In addition to valuable practical tips, we convey the contents of the IREB Advanced Level - RE@Agile curriculum and thus optimally prepare you for the certification.
