This three-day training course provides a general introduction in software testing. The main objective is to prepare participants for passing the  ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level examination.

The key topics are: the added value of testing to the business, its relationship to the software development lifecycle and the activities and approach of testing in several contexts. Besides the theoretical tutorials the training consists of much interaction, in order to experience the learned theory. The participant will be prepared for the examination by practising with example questions. After the training participants receive a voucher for an online exam.

Who should attend this training

The ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level is intended for professionals who want to gain practical knowledge of the fundamental concepts of software testing and who want to pass the (multiple choice) exam. This includes people such as test designers, test analysts, test engineers, test consultants, test managers, developers, project managers, application and systems managers and other IT professionals.

Exam

At the end of the training, participants will receive a voucher that allows them to take either an online or physical exam. For groups of at least five people, a classroom exam can also be considered.
