How do I obtain this certification?

To be certified you must pass the A4Q IQBBA Certified Agile Business Analysis (A4Q IQBBA CABA) exam.

You can prepare for the exam by attending an accredited training course for A4Q IQBBA Certified Agile Business Analysis (A4Q IQBBA CABA); participants will have relevant content and topics clearly explained and taught to them. The course will also provide practices and tools for Business Analysts working in any of the emergent flavours of Agile.

The syllabus covers:

• Identification of the role of a business analyst in agile software development projects
• Participation in agile teams developing software
• Articulation of the BA’s responsibilities to both the enterprise and the agile team
• Understanding and applying the agile business analysis principles and techniques
• Understanding BA techniques that enable the delivery of artefacts that add value to the enterprise
• Developing agile projects
• Appreciating the importance of, and ways of contributing to the continuous improvement of agile processes

The exam can be taken via remote proctor for anyone wishing to self-study (also available on Pearson VUE shortly).
