ISTQB® Certified Tester – Technical Test Analyst (CTAL-TTA)
Technical Test Analysts can plan, prepare and test using technical test techniques across the Software Development Lifecycle. They need to know about an extensive range of topics including component testing, white box testing, static analysis, non-functional testing and test automation.
How do I obtain this certification?
To be certified you must pass the ISTQB® Certified Tester - Technical Test Analyst exam.
You can prepare for the exam by attending an accredited training course for ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level - Technical Test Analyst; participants will have relevant content and topics clearly explained and taught to them. The curriculum covers all topics relating to the field of technical test analytics - starting with risk and structure-based testing, analytical techniques and quality characteristics through to inspecting the tests.**
The exam is available on Pearson Vue for anyone wishing to self-study.

What are the entry requirements?
In order to take the ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level - Technical Test Analyst exam, you will need the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level certificate. At least 18 months of practical experience in the field of software testing is recommended
