IREB CPRE Advanced Level RE@Agile PRACTITIONER (CPRE-AL-P-AGI)
Requirements engineers analyse, document and manage the requirements of all those participating in a project. They therefore establish a connection between the requirements of the customer, developer, tester and user. When preparing to take the IREB Certified Professional for Requirement Engineering, Advanced Level RE@Agile - Practitioner - you will understand and apply practices and techniques from the Requirements Engineering discipline in agile development processes.
How do I obtain the IREB certification?
To be certified you must pass the IREB Advanced Level, RE@Agile - Practitioner - exam. The Practitioner exam is a multiple choice test of approx. 45 questions and must be completed within 75 minutes. On request, non-native speakers may be granted a 15 minute time extension.
You can prepare for the exams by attending a training course with a recognised IREB training provider for the module CPRE Advanced Level RE@Agile; as a training participant you will have relevant content and topics clearly explained and taught by the trainer. You will apply your acquired knowledge to case studies and deepen it through practical exercises.

What are the entry requirements?
Candidates are eligible to assess the IREB CPRE Advanced Level RE@Agile - Practitioner - exam if they hold one or more of the following certifications:
- IREB RE@Agile Primer
- IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering, Foundation Level
- Requirements Engineering of the British Computer Society (BCS)
- ScrumAlliance CSPO
- Scrum.Inc RPO
- Scrum.org PSPO
- SAFe - PM/PO certification
- itedas.org - Product Owner Certification
- Kanban University - Team Kanban Practitioner
To pass the exam, you will need to know and master the educational objectives as defined in the syllabus of the respective Advanced Level module. Attending a training course is not mandatory for admission to the examination, but is recommended.
